The Downtown Halifax Business Commission (DHBC) is the voice and resource centre for the 1,800 businesses who reside in the central business district of Atlantic Canada’s busiest city. Officially incorporated by the members in 1987, the DHBC ‘s mission is to make the Downtown a great place to live, work and play.
